Babak “Bobby” Afrasiabi brings 21 years of mortgage lending experience and thousands of completed transactions to The Loan Pros Group. Known for his hands-on approach and ability to solve challenging financing scenarios, Bobby has built lasting relationships with clients and industry professionals across the country. His commitment to service is reflected in his five-star reviews on Zillow and Google.

After founding CostPro Lending in 2019, Bobby established The Loan Pros Group in 2022, bringing residential, investment, business-purpose, bridge, construction, and commercial financing under one roof. He also works closely with other mortgage brokers and loan officers, helping them structure difficult transactions and find lending solutions when traditional options fall short.

Through TLPG Capital, the group’s specialized capital advisory division, Bobby works with private equity firms and institutional lenders to source and structure financing for larger, more complex projects nationwide. His focus includes commercial real estate, development, acquisitions, and specialized financing opportunities.

Venane “Nae” Brune is a Partner and Operations Manager at The Loan Pros Group, where she runs the day-to-day operations behind every loan.

Nae reviews each file for program fit, sources pricing across the company’s lender network, and manages submissions on residential, investment, business-purpose, and commercial transactions. She works directly with borrowers, lenders, and referral partners to keep deals moving, solve problems early, and make sure everyone knows where things stand from application through closing.

Working alongside founder Bobby Afrasiabi, Nae has helped build the processes that let The Loan Pros Group take on more complex financing without losing the personal attention clients and partners expect.

Gloria D’Molina has more than 18 years of investment experience across the United States, the United Kingdom, and Europe. Her background spans direct investment, infrastructure development, hospitality, and investment banking, including work with family offices. She has originated, structured, and executed complex investment and strategic transactions in real estate, infrastructure, and technology, covering the full deal cycle from strategy through capital deployment and execution.

At TLPG Capital, Gloria serves as Senior Advisor, working with Bobby on large commercial, development, and structured capital transactions and drawing on her long-standing relationships with family offices and institutional investors.

Gloria holds a degree in Economic Analysis and Business from the European School of Economics in Madrid, and a Master of Science in Finance and a Certificate in Managerial Finance from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business. Originally from Nicaragua, she has lived in several countries and speaks three languages.
